All hanger orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30PM EST) to process before they are shipped. Please consider the processing time as well as the shipping time when estimating your order's time of arrival.

You will be notified by email once your order is packaged and ready to ship. All orders are provided with a Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number. You will be notified if there are any delays in our shipping process. Please feel free to contact us if there are any concerns with your package. Our Guaranteed processing hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30PM EST.

Please take consideration that once your order has entered our processing system we cannot alter or cancel that order. Any Changes requested for your order will have to be done after the transactions is completed by contacting our returns and refunds Department.
