Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns:
We are proud of our Henry Hanger Collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your hanger purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may submit a request for an exchange or refund within 20 days from the date of your purchase. We can only accept merchandise packed in its original packing, unaltered and unused.

Exchange:
Defective or broken hangers and accessories can be returned for exchange only and must also be submitted to us in writing. Merchandise cannot be returned without written authorization. There will be a restocking fee of 10% for exchanges.
